Class Descriptions
- BEAT PD - BEAT PD is a supportive exercise class for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. BEAT stands for Balance, Exercise, Attitude, Teamwork and the class includes elements of cardiovascular and resistance training, boxing, mobility work, and fine-motor and vocal exercises. This 60-minute class is closely led and supervised by coaches and can be easily modified according to individuals' fitness level and stage of PD.
- Begin to Spin - Begin to Spin is Olympic’s novice indoor cycling class! Boost your heart rate, strength, and endurance as you ride with varying resistance and speed. Whether you’re brand new to cycling or just prefer training at a lower intensity, this low-impact class may be perfect for you.
- Beginner Vinyasa Yoga - Slow down, reduce stress, strengthen and lengthen with Vinyasa Yoga! Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that connects a sequence of poses with breath. All experience-levels are welcomed.
- Revolution Cycle - Gear up and spin your wheels - Revolution is a low-impact, HIGH-ENERGY indoor cycling class! Through varying intensities, speeds, intervals, and choreography, experience a total-body, rhythm-based workout guaranteed to keep you motivated ‘til the end.*Class booking required through Olympic Fitness Center app. Without a booking, any available bikes at class time are first-come-first-served.
- Rise & Grind - Wake up and work hard!! Rise & Grind is an upbeat, total-body strength class focused on higher repetitions and improving muscular endurance. Experience a combination of various exercises as you challenge yourself in a supportive group atmosphere!
- Senior Fitness - Senior Fitness is an all-in-one, total-body class for individuals aged 55+. Each workout features a dynamic warm-up, cardio step aerobics, resistance training, balance and coordination exercises, and stretching. Senior Fitness is essential for those looking to stay healthy, strong, agile, and flexible as they age. Class can be modified, or intensified, to accommodate all abilities.
- Step it Up Line Dancing - Step it Up and join us in learning some fun and trendy line dances! This is an intermediate-level line dancing class, so come prepared with comfortable athletic shoes and get ready to have a great time!
- Tranquility & Mobility - Tight muscles? Stressed mind? Find your peace at Tranquility & Mobility as you relax, breathe, and stretch with intention. This class aims to improve physical and mental wellbeing as participants move through a series of slow-paced, flexibility and mobility-centered exercises.
- Transform - Change your body and your mind – Transform is a class focused on developing strength AND confidence. Discover your fitness potential as you experience a variety of functional movements using a variety of equipment. Participants are coached with an emphasis on proper form and injury prevention. No matter your age or fitness ability, Transform will take you to a level of fitness you’ve never been to before!
